Now if bitmain was to ship multiple parts to Malaysia and the gear was assembled in Malaysia it may be 100% good to go. With no trump tax.

There are legal ways to avoid the tax. Pretty sure if you are a big player you can do it.

I have seen multiple listings for MOQ of 100 shipped from Malaysia.

I would worry if I did this as I suspect they are not avoiding the tax correctly.
