I don't think they would be able to take advantage of Bitcoin since not all of them know what Bitcoin is. In our country, Bitcoin is legalized yet there are a few people that use it since not all of them are used in using new technologies. I guess introducing them to Bitcoin as an investment is not a bad thing but with the volatility of it, you might be labeled as a scammer when they lose some of their money.
