Many gift coins that have no sale value and will even die. But to find information about the coins that you have. You must join a social media project or check through the project's website. The team must continue to work in developing the project. But if they are no longer active, of course, the coins you have are dead.

tbh, i never heard of most of the projects listed by the op. i learned my hard lesson with those eth token-bounty paying campaigns. i had my fair share with this situation.
what i learned was, once they give you their tokens and credited to your account, you need to sell it as fast as you can. dont wait too long or hope that it will be a big hit someday because most of them will never reach that mark...
dont look back and regret for something that you already decided.. another thing to instil in your mind
otherwise you will be stuck in that hole and you will be emotionally damaged
