Selling now is not a smart idea, unless you are a day trader and you have the skills to buy at dip and sell at peak.

Selling bitcoin on Fiat is too risky as there might have no chance to buy it back but if anyone want to buy any good altcoin which price might be increased comparing with bitcoin then it is okay to buy that and sell bitcoin.

if you know how to timingly bought moving alts you can do this trades, but be aware risk is also accompanied by this actions, alts can go deeper
and have a longer time to recover back, skills on analysing is very in need before taking any actions.
