For each token purchased or sold, the price increases or decreases automatically by 0.1 GWEI (0.‎0000000001 ETH) in comparison to the price of the previous one.

Example: The price of the first token issued is 50000 GWEI (0.00005 ETH); this means that the price of the next token will be 50000.1 GWEI, the 10th 50000.9 GWEI, the 100th 50001 GWEI and so on. And vice versa, every sold token decreases the price by 0.1 GWEI comparing to the initial price.

When the tokens are purchased through the Xether smart contract, new tokens are created, and the sold tokens are instantly removed.

In order to streamline the circulation of tokens, we perform all the operations with them over the smart-contract, inside the system. With no brokers or third-party mediators involved. This approach ensures the liquidity of tokens (you can buy or sell them whenever its necessary) and fraud-protection.
