He is trying to show he is doing something about the problem he caused in response to this thread and the possibility he wont be able to advertise via spammers anymore. His solution isnt going to work it isnt the communitys job to police his spammers and his proposal isnt being taken very well.

I agree with you on that one. In fact, his "solution" is a joke at best.
