Another thing you should consider is reputation and popularity. How popular the exchange and how good or bad they are, what's their reputation?? It matters a lot, to be sincere. Location? I dont see why we should consider using location in choosing any exchange when the cryptocurrency system is an internet based technology and can be operated anywhere and with any exchange irrespective of where the location is. The most important thing is that we choose an exchange that will deliver, has good security features and has low transaction fees.

If we consider location, it means many of us will not be using exchanges like binance, Bittrex and other top exchange. The only time I consider location is when the exchange in question is a local exchange, which we have to consider location so that we can be able to received our country currency equivalent.
