Real estate has a commonly higher ROI or return on investment. But many people cannot afford to buy and sell real estate. Most of the people are buying stocks or investing in a fundraising project because even a small amount, you can be part of the growing industry. In my opinion, I prefer to join the IEO investment because it is the current trend in fundraising nowadays.

Now already the prices are very high in real estate, but many people can't invest a huge amount of money, but real estate is the best investment I find which many people are making a huge amount of money and higher ROI we can make.

actually real estate or property was best investment portofolio at this moment.with annual revenu and its risk it should be our choice.but unfortunately it need huge money that not everyone have.

maybe we need money more than $25.000 to start investing in real estate or property.this is not cheap investment portofolio, only rich man that could do this.we have to collect our money for several years to able buy it.
