Mt Gox using people deposits for investments/own expenses is robbing.

So thieves got tricked with easy trick "Mt Gox can you resend me my Bitcoins, I still didnt received" is pretty funny

But according to blockchain they will reapond that transaction is visible @blockchain and confermed. So in that case wont work I guess.

Which is why their story is bullshit. It is very easy to confirm that the money was in fact sent to the proper address. Probably easy to automate it too. Incompetence or robbery, doesn't matter, but looks like robbery is the more likely story to me.
