The importance of customer support cannot be over exaggerated, this is one aspect that every project needs to take very seriously and I am certain that the BCNEX team knows this and are working to make it good.

I agree with you guys. Customer support is one of the important factor when it comes to Crypto exchange. Multiple languages customer support will be nice.

Of course I believe that good customer support otherwise known as motivation should a key aspect of BCNEX. I trust the team to work out such modalities that will pull and sustain customers/investors.
