If you are talking about swapping PXS to NPXS than that period has ended long back. If I am not mistaken Sep '18 was the last month of the swap.
But if you are talking about swapping NPXS to FX you can still do that using the Xwallet app.

According to the link posted above.

As announced in mid March, 20th September 2018 is the last day of PXS / PXSXEM to NPXS / NPXSXEM swap.

This means PXS and PXSXEM lose all their utilities after the swap deadline. PXS and PXSXEM Owners cannot swap their old tokens for the new ones. They will not be able to get monthly unlocked tokens, either.

Team has already instructed us many times about the Swapping and they have given some specific time period for all the swapping. So, now it is not possible anymore to convert the token NPXS coins, i hope the person may lose those value of coins.
