Bitcoin did not touch 10K yet on any exchange. It might touch 10K in few days from now but i do not think it can sustain above 10K for long. Bitcoin has a strong resistance near 10K and it may be badly rejected as soon as we reach near 10K. But nothing is certain now. I will suggest to convert your bitcoins into usd near 9900$ and later buy back them cheap near 8800$.

And py taxes that are more expensive than what you won through this. At least here in Germany.
