It's a great initiative! I am always paying attention to trust rates of the representatives of the casinos before telling someone about a casino or deciding whether to gamble there. Of course, sometimes a small red trust might be disputable when the case is not resolved, but it's not clear whether the casino actually did something wrong (for instance, when people don't get their winnings after breaking some rules). And a very trusted casino is not a 100% guarantee of scam-free experience, but at least there's a good chance that the casino will try to resolve the matter peacefully and in the manner that satisfies both sides.
