Support is always an issue with a growing site,,, you can hire many people but if only a few people have issues then it is a wasted resource,,, I think this is a bit of an unusual case and you were probably unlucky. Then again,,, I have to wait for over 24 hours for Twitter or FB to return to me in support,,, only for extra questions instead of solution:)

When youre running an online casino such things are bound to happen, an owner cannot be expected to come to the forum, and reply to each and every members post. The best way forward is to drop a email and patiently wait for a reply, also remember that they receive tons of emails each day which sometimes causes the delay. In the end Im glad your issue was resolved via email now take care of your 2fa.
