Instead of being secretive about it, one can just monetize it, because being secretive about our trading in crypto, does not add any value to us. The only people that should be secretive about their cryptocurrency trading are people leaving in a country where government has banned crypto and cannot tell their friends about it. Trading is what we really should be proud of, because it takes an intelligent person to be able to trade.

I do organize trading training from often, and when any friend or relatives ask about it, I just refer them to my training center, and give them lecture based on their relationship with me, some I charge, some I dont. Since I cannot avoid people always asking me of it, I just monetize it.
