This is a problem for many startups. The team is not public and many investors are suspicious of young companies.

I think only personal acquaintance can change that.

I can trust the company EXBEGA, as they have really working ATMs in two countries.

This shows that they are able to perform the entire cycle of planned work.

A really working business is a big plus for a startup. Investors can be confident that the team has experience and knows how to succeed.
