Emotional control is not an easy task for some people and it is because you are not addicted to gambling that is why we talked of self control as something that is easy for gambling addicts. It is better to avoid gambling if you are not ready to be addicted to it because if you play the probability of continuous playing is there and as such time will come when you will be out of control especially if you are winning!
