It is affiliate service. They bring players to the betting/poker sites and crypto exchanges. The benefit for the players is that they get better deal via btcgrinders as opposed going straight to the sites. For sportbooks you'd get some cash back, extra rake back for poker and discounts on fees for the crypto exchanges.
