Read my previous message, where i describe the way i secure my infos. Trouble is on beaxy side. Definitely.
To me i've been kicked as i did not pass kyc (because i chose not to). Kyc is mandatory to withdraw from exchange, not to keep my account alive.
Did you registering to participating in their token sale ? In my knowledge, investors need to do KYC to join their token sale.
And the BXY token price now is already 0.099 USD from the ICO price was 0.04 USD, it means 2x already : https://www.beaxy.com/trading-pair/BXY-BTC
If you was investing in this project, i suggest you to contacting their support to take your money from profit.

I did not invest in Beaxy, only registered on airdrop time. It seems to me that this does not make me a potential customer to neglect. 
Anyway I'll stop there, I unsubscribe from the thread. I'm not here to waste my time to fud a project that disappointed me ...
