I have reached an agreement and am in receipt of donation funds which can be viewed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5158127.0 I will amend the OP to reflect the new information shortly.

If anyone has suggestions as to where the donated funds can be best utilized, I will gladly send those funds out into the wild providing it doesn't get bogged down in disagreement.

Note, I again state I do not ask for any compensation for my contributions to the Known Alts thread. Other than that, what are people's suggestions as to where best spend the donation funds?
