100% Agree with you, but that is why we will prepare an agreement which will be suitable for all involved parts, secondly - SEPA payment is being made up front, so your bank will receive notification about funds but will not be released from your bank before trade completed.
So it means that your bank manager will contact you and they will confirm are the funds clear, Letter Of Intention will also include both part bitcoin wallets so both bank managers can track the deal from A-Z without shades.

We are not asking for someone who will send the coins upfront. We need legit individuals / corporate bitcoin sellers who are doing OTC trades based on agreement. We are open to send money from VUB bank in Czech or Switzerland bank accounts for large trades.

We have agreement samples, so all the company / individual information will be included in the agreement, including AML/KYC requirements, passport copies, company certificates from our side.
