I would say this is one of the most intriguing issues of this project. Because I am already familiar with the system proposed by other projects, as steemit, and there the number of votes of users is taken into account. Here is more and more confusing.

But on the other hand, if you encourage for all the content without selection, it turns out that you can add few interesting articles and make a profit. That's impossible. Now there is such a period of blockchain projects which always plays the role of what contribution the user makes to the system. If you write good content, it gets the right to monetize
