If you just want to claim-and-dump, and check CoinMarketCap for an exchange, I suspect hotbit is being coinwashed, but I can direct you to a healthy exchange or help you OTC.
Note, standard OTC orders are typically done in 1000s of Vollar, if you don't have that much,
