just do the hard cap limit on the max win , like windice does ,for example
if you are trying to bet and the resulting win exceeds the max profit , you get a notification and the bet cannot be resolved
and crypto gambling foundation takes time to respond , it is true
last time I checked bitvest was on the list , now it is not , but the sun didn't fall on earth because of it

so do not worry too much about the foundation and focus on improving the site
