You seem to be new and might not know what "testcoins" are.

Testcoins are only usuable on the Nxt Testnet and will not show up in the normal account.

For using the "normal" Nxt you will need a client, which you can get here

With that, you can use and test Nxt.

The testnet can be reached on http://holms.cloudapp.net:6874/

You can use http://nxtsolaris.wordpress.com/ or http://nxtra.org/nxt-client/ to access it.
