Is it possible that in future Bitcoin will connect to PayPal?
PP is not that much regulated by government, all they care about is profit so I personally think it may happen.
That'd be huge revolution, PayPal would introduce Bitcoin to the world.

From my point of view, you got it wrong. Since Paypal is used as a medium of transaction to mostly online jobs, the company itself is regulated by the government. It is also impossible that Paypal will increase the dominance of bitcoin because users of Paypal are obliged to use dollars and fiat money to do transactions. Lastly, you should consider the cryptocurrency Libra which was urgently sued by governments.
