From my point of view, you got it wrong. Since Paypal is used as a medium of transaction to mostly online jobs, the company itself is regulated by the government. It is also impossible that Paypal will increase the dominance of bitcoin because users of Paypal are obliged to use dollars and fiat money to do transactions. Lastly, you should consider the cryptocurrency Libra which was urgently sued by governments.

however, it does not rule out the possibility that PayPal will add the Bitcoin option there, because competitors are continuing to advance to modernization. Previously PayPal also got the same intimidation when they first appeared, but in reality now it is very different.
