Yes this was a review & a guide created on Livecoin. We were not aware of these accusations & we didn't have any problems so far with our community members using the exchange. However, the statistics shown on the review does not have any biased opinions. We simply fetched them from alexa & determined if they had fake volumes or not (in which we concluded they don't - after having watched their orderbooks for hours). But caution is always necessary as with the accusations they currently have.
