well, i am still counting my percentage because the value has not stopped increasing.

Only short term traders are selling their spot now, any longer term investor would still be counting profit now because the held, imagine someone that sold at $8k plus now would have missed extra $5K when the value touched $13900, I know it is not good to be greedy, but not in the case of bitcoin, the fish to be caught in the future is too big for one to miss out of it and sell prematurely.

Impatience is what usually makes lots of people miss out of the train, if early investors had sold when bitcoin was $10, would they be counting their millions of dollars now? We just need to learn to be patient sometimes, bitcoin still has very great future and we are not near it at all, I believe that 1 bitcoin will still be equal to $100k in future.
