As per the above explanation given, it sounds like gambling only as users will have to deposit funds to be able to get acces to the games and compete with each other to win the jackpot.

If the above is true then you will have to abide the local laws of gambling. However, if I am understanding it incorrectly or you have a different explanation, please let us know!

Thats how it looks yet he do pertain regarding into a betting activity which simply can be classified as gambling.Then if this is the case then it will vary on countries jurisdiction
