Seeing that you're from Romania, what will you do if they ask you for a scan of the front and the BACK of your id?
Maybe I'm wrong but that's the only id with a blank back in the whole EU.
I know some guy was complaining a week ago he can't pass a KYC because he can't scan the back of his card!

As for their support, the best way to work with wirex it is to completely avoid anything that has gone wrong with it once cause it will certainly do again and pretty fast. Top up from cards, wires from and out, everything has a serious chance of turning into a week of endless and useless chat with the support.

So, stick with loading bitcoin onto it and spending in shops.

I was so happy when I got it and spend a lot around with it but right now I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
