I can't imagine that this service is still running without problems. Why you decided to send tens of thousands of coins to this service i haven't even ever heard of before baffles me.

Why not use a mixer that has a reputable track record?

Where did you send your coins to anyway? the clearnet site seems to be down .. ? http://www.bitcoinfog.com --- 404.
