It seems to me that in your country the very first problem is the lack of Freedom of Speech. You, as a citizen of your country, can request a review of the governments decision on cryptocurrency. But it seems to me that, with regard to Libra, you may also have to forget, since the United States Congress will not allow Libra to be a competitor of the dollar.
