Yes, this is a very precise time to refill the pockets. Some of the coins that I have always observed are ACT coins. This coin weakened when the price of Bitcoin also weakened. So I'm more focused on buying ACT coins and nowadays I still keep storing them. Because I'm sure if this coin will go back up again.

People who haven't started to accumulate altcoins yet are still lucky since altcoins has not started its bull run yet.
There's still time of course, though there was some imrpovement in value, but the price in general is still very cheap and when the bull run starts, we know what it can achieve based on its history or what they have achieved in the past.
