It is true, but invest in Dogecoin requires patience. If investors don't have enough patience, they will sell their Dogecoin weeks or months after buying it, before the coin rockets. Dogecoin, basically, moves so slowly, but when it suddenly rises, it will rise exponentially. Recent rises is a very strong demonstration for this assumption.

Its pumped above 100 sats 7 times in less than six years. The last time was in September 2018. If it averages out at one of those pumps a year we are due another soon. Waiting for a whole year takes patience.
