Libra did not steal anything from semux. They are similar in that they use smart contracts, dpos, and short block time with 100 validator, in order to get high tps, but rest all diff. Besides its open source license, code given freely for reuse.

One written in rust, other java. Zuckbucks are their own thing...

I think that Libra will actually bring a lot of new money to crypto, so this is a win-win also for Semux.
Also it's good that both are BFT with 100 validators, another proof of solid Semux fundamentals.
I don't see Libra and SEM as competitors, they have different markets and purposes. Really bullish on both

But libra is a stable coin, as soon you sell your $, the mechanism burn the coins from the network. So for the coin there is only one value and it can not be bullish.
Unlike the project itself will run bullish in my point of view and help the cryptospace.
