I highly doubt that. You can use the same button to scan either a LN request or a Bitcoin address, but you can't send a LN payment directly to an addy.
Sorry I didn't explain myself properly - what I meant was (in Eclair) I can both receive and send on the block-chain by scanning the wallet address as easily as I can send or receive a lightning network transaction by scanning the relevant details. IE I can do both LN and BC (Block Chain) with the one app, so Eclair ticks all the boxes which I wouldn't have even considered had you not started your Lightning Loans, so Kudos.
