As I understand Blue Hill Mining will conduct STO on its own platform because STO will be fully regulated.

To conduct a fully regulated STO a cryptocurrency exchange to sell tokens is not necessary. But after the STO it is important that tokens of Blue Hill Mining will be listed on exchange.

Now the listing on exchanges for tokens is very important because very often tokens of the projects are becked by nothing. And a good exchange with many traders helps tokens to grow.
