I think this is only a joke and XRP will never be able to reach $60 because during the past year, this coin has only remained at 0.3$ -0.4$ and there is no price improvement . For me this is shitcoin and is not worth much to make a profit because after 2018 it seems that this coin has no longer been taken care of and that holding the Ripple will make you worse in future so don't expect too much
