Again, we can't tell what the price will be. We don't need to be technical here because at the end of the day, ETH is also a speculative asset just like bitcoin, although I'm sure majority might not agree with me. They need to roll ETH 2.0 or ETH 3.0 if they wanted it to scale at least, or face some tough competitions like BNB.

ETH 2.0 is set to release in January ,2020. So yes it will be rolled out
