I guess you are talking about the TittieCoin developers ... No, nobody can take over this thread except for the Bitcointalk administrator. One of the good things of Bitcointalk is that it is relatively neutral about altcoin affairs. Generally coins can even have multiple "ANN" threads made by different people, so even if it would be the same coin it would work. Wink
