it should not take you to any page - just start the download. I tried it and it seems to work here. Please try to copy & past https://TradeProject.de/download/Miner/TT-Miner.zip into the address line of your browser. It is also a https site with valid certificate not just http.

Please let me know if that still do not work for you.
