why not ? we are not restricted to make our own predictions and there is no right or wrong with predictions . just say what you want whether its realistic or not . there are news or announcement if a country will legalize crypto or will ban crypto and you can also use that as a basis to know if a coin/crypto will increase or decrease . alts season on the other hand is just around the corner and waiting to be triggered by the next pump of btc . so better watch out and prepare for that
