You'll need to enable "Allow newbies to send you PMs" in Personal Message Options to be able to PM a Newbie.

Ordered as well..thankyou...perhaps you wanna place the following in the main OP thread.

Newbies can't post images, coincardgift will need 30 Activity or a Copper membership for that.
