It wouldn't significantly bloat the database or anything, but the userpage would definitely time out. Probably you shouldn't.

Another topic made me realize this would now be possible again, since theymos added pagination to feedback changes when he introduced Trust flags.

It would still be very nice feature to easily recognize most banned accounts.
