Do you think you've been discounted a higher price than ordinary? No. Instead of saving 20%, you spend 80% on things you dont really need. Sale is a marketing technique and I have never at all believed. I have worked in a shoe store and the way we attract buyers is to do SALE (Discount), ranging from 20% to 70%... our trick is to increase the price of the item by as much as 50% then give it a 70% discount, so actually, we only give discounts of as much as 20%. the point is sale is a marketing trick.
