The other thread is only for COIN RELEASE this thread is for our EXCHANGE RELEASE all though you may think its the same they are different and go in different sections.

The thread title says "Free Listing", but the OP says you use SatoshiShift Coin for paying listing fees.

Is it still free listing since you have released the SatoshiShift Coin?

Yes for now our listing is free but as time goes on and we become a popular exchange we will implant a listing fee.
