I've read it including all new rules. My question was about a new topic to avoid misunderstandings. For all previous rounds a list was posted similar like here:

Round 1: Bitcoin / Blockchain
Round 2: Government content / press releases...
Round 3: Internet history
Round 4: historical contents, (political) events...
Round 5: ?

So I was asking for an official announcement to avoid archiving off-topic content.
