Good you equally accept that bear market is good for those who want to buy at a cheaper price and sell when the market appreciate in value. And at the same time, it has negative effect on those who will lose money during the period of the market down decline.

Just like a saying goes, "you can't please everyone", same thing happens here, not every investors are successful as we don't have the same judgement.
