Recent weeks, there is scam accusation on Livecoin exchange. Original reasons come from Livecoin's TOS and Mona attacks months ago. There is at least one user try to attack that exchange with scam accusation relates to his loss with MONA coin. However, days ago, Livecoin solved that case. I still don't think Livecoin is a scam one, so far.

I see on Livecoin a live trading unlike Bittrex where dumper bot was constantly present.
Livecoin normal exchange, but no one is forcing you to trade if you are afraid of something.
